Educational Teaching Assistant working in Year Five (One to One Support) required to start as soon as possible (fixed term until 31st August 2027 but could be extended).
The children, staff and Governors wish to recruit an enthusiastic, highly motivated and capable 1:1 Educational Teaching Assistant to play a key role supporting a specific pupil in Year Five.

We are a large and friendly staff team, who support each other’s professional development and we work closely with other schools in the area. We have spacious grounds with playgrounds, a ball court, adventure equipment, a woodland area, kitchen garden and a pond. We offer a wide range of curriculum enrichment opportunities as well as a variety of extra-curricular after school clubs.

The successful applicant will:

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. All staff are subject to an enhanced DBS check. A conviction may not exclude candidates from appointment but will be considered as part of the recruitment process.
Hours of work will be 12 hours 45 minutes a week – Monday – 8:30am to 3:15pm, Tuesday – 1pm to 3:15pm, Wednesday - 1pm to 3:15pm, Thursday - 1pm to 3:15pm.
This is a fixed term contract until 31st August 2027 (but could be extended).
