About Fairfield School
Fairfield is a large special school which provides for learners with a diverse range of complex and profound learning difficulties including physical and medical needs from 3-19 years. Fairfield was judged to be a ‘good’ school by OFSTED in June 2022.
Responsibilities
- Support the learning and welfare of pupils with complex and profound multiple learning difficulties.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide best outcomes for all learners.
- Participate in CPD and develop skills under the Apprenticeship Levy.
Qualifications & Experience
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and skilled educational teaching assistant.
- Experience working with children/young people in a school environment.
- Experience working with pupils who have complex or profound and multiple learning difficulties is an advantage.
