For this role of Security Officer, you’ll predominantly be based at Waterfront, working at other sites as required, and your focus will be on keeping our KC Community safe and secure.
Your key responsibilities include building strong relationships with students and colleagues, creating a welcoming environment that supports the learning journey. Ideally, you’ll have extensive experience with student relation engagement. Our students face issues and challenges, including extensive Safeguarding risks, therefore it is important for an adaptable approach to be used at all times balancing security response expectations. It’s important that you’re able to demonstrate our College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.

Term time only staff who start mid Academic year will have their initial salary payments calculated based on actual weeks worked and the number of pay dates between the beginning of employment and the end of the current academic year.
