Responsibilities:
- Deliver the personal development programme through tutorial lessons.
- Cover citizenship, careers guidance, preparation for next steps, skills development, enrichment and health and wellbeing.
- Support students with work preparation (including placement) and work closely with the work placement officers.
- Communicate effectively across all areas of the college, build effective working relationships and provide first-class customer service, while demonstrating the college values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence.
- Safeguard and promote the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience of designing and delivering outstanding sessions with young people, or ability to prove equivalent ability.
- Ability to differentiate to meet the needs of diverse groups.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
