Salary: £12,594 - £13,394 pro rate (FTE £30,150 - £32,066) for 18 hours and £20,990 - £22,234 (FTE £30,150 - £32,066) for 30 hours.

Responsibilities- Provide high quality support across the college, working with the SENDCO for HI to ensure appropriate plans and strategies are in place for students.
- Identify and deliver interventions based on available data.
- Oversee the EHCP process, including annual reviews.
- Ensure students feel valued and well supported, preparing them for adulthood.
- Work cross‑college and travel flexibly to all centres.
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy (e.g., GCSE English and Maths at grade A–C).
- Minimum Level 3 HI qualification, or currently working towards one; a relevant HE degree is desirable.
- Previous experience working with young people with SEND in an educational capacity.
- In‑depth knowledge of EHCPs, the SEND Code of Practice and support strategies.
- Ability to use judgement and initiative in complex situations to achieve successful outcomes.
