Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, interactive lessons covering Health and Social Care from Level 1 to Level 3.
- Mark student work and ensure quality standards are met.
- Support the Health and Social Care team in creating opportunities for students and influencing positive change in learners’ lives.
- May act as Group Tutor, monitoring learner attendance, behaviour, and commitment to their study programme.
- Assist with driving the ABC policy and promoting personal development for learners.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree, teaching qualification, or substantial industry experience in health or social care.
- Prepared to undertake a teaching qualification if not already held.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with young people.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
