Overview
At Kirklees College we are looking for talented individuals to support the running of construction and engineering courses. You will be based at either Brunel House or the Engineering Centre and work closely with the Head of Construction / Engineering and associated teams to provide effective and confidential curriculum administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with specific curriculum departments to become familiar with their working practices and curriculum offer.
- Maintain a college-wide perspective and collaborate with other curriculum teams during staff shortages and when additional support is needed.
- Provide administration support for all courses and curricular activities, ensuring efficient and confidential processes.
Qualifications
- Excellent keyboard and IT skills with demonstrable experience in a customer-service working environment.
- Strong communication and engagement skills, especially in relation to young people.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
