The role: What we develop together
Your journey at Yoma will be structured but highly flexible, allowing you to grow into the role as your skills develop.
While you will gain a broad understanding of how a full-service agency works, your core training will focus on the following key areas:
- Project management: You’ll learn how we take complex eCommerce and marketing projects from conception to completion, keeping teams aligned and objectives on track
- Account management: You’ll learn how to build honest, reliable relationships with B2B and B2C clients, helping them mature in their digital knowledge
- Marketing campaigns & SEO: You will assist in managing targeted digital marketing solutions, with a strong focus on technical and on-page SEO to help our clients boost traffic and conversions
- Agency operations: Supporting day-to-day administrative efficiency, helping us work more logically and support the wider team as we scale
