Working closely with the partner’s Executive Assistant, office leadership and business services teams, the Practice Operations Manager is responsible for providing the partner with operational and management support, ensuring they are able to focus on their practice, leadership initiatives, and client engagement strategies.

Under the partner’s direction, the POM manages the operational delivery of projects and events, while coordinating the day-to-day functioning of the practice.
