Conduct online research and handle various project-based tasks, including providing personal assistance as needed.Cross-Department Collaboration : Work daily with various departments across the Firm to ensure seamless support for our legal teams, including services like accounting, general services, and meeting coordination.Legal Document Management : Use software (Microsoft Office 2016, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, etc.) to prepare, format, and finalise documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Organise and maintain both paper and electronic files in line with Firm policies, using our internal systems.Client Service and Teamwork : Act as an essential team player, ready to assist the broader Secretarial team to meet objectives. Build strong, supportive relationships with peers, attorneys, and clients, and proactively anticipate needs.Professionalism : Display professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
