We have an exciting opportunity for an Automotive Customer Advisor to join our automotive client based in Derby. This role would be ideal for someone currently working within the automotive industry who is looking to transition into an office-based position, or for someone with strong customer service experience and good technical knowledge of automotive parts who is seeking their next challenge.

£30,000 Basic Salary + Bonus
Permanent | Full-Time | Monday to Friday
The Role
- Answer customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Provide information and advice on automotive products and services.
- Use your technical knowledge of car parts to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Process customer orders and prepare invoices.
- Update customer records and maintain accurate information.
- Support customers with any queries in a professional and friendly manner.
The Candidate
- Previous experience within the automotive industry is essential.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive parts and an understanding of how they are used in vehicles.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
- Good organisational skills.
