Job Description

My client is a longstanding and successful business known for providing excellence in their field. They are seeking a Supply Partner Manager to strengthen and enhance their relationships with trusted Supply Partners. This key role involves ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance, and performance management, while championing continuous improvement and sustainability within the supply chain. The position requires national travel and a full UK driving licence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the onboarding of new Supply Partners, ensuring alignment with company standards and values.
  2. Foster strong, collaborative relationships with Supply Partners to promote trust and long-term partnership.
  3. Conduct regular site visits to key partners across the UK, aligning strategy and identifying improvement opportunities.
  4. Define and track KPIs to monitor performance and drive improvement.
  5. Identify risks within the supply network and implement mitigation strategies to ensure resilience and continuity.
  6. Conduct compliance audits to uphold quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
  7. Ensure robust contingency plans are in place for supply chain disruptions.
  8. Oversee the allergen database, maintaining accurate information to meet regulatory standards and support customer safety.
  9. Serve as a knowledge hub for internal teams, supporting account management and customer service with product and supplier-related queries.
  10. Collaborate with partners to support the sustainability strategy, including the journey toward net zero.
