My client are seeking and experienced Account Manager to join their rapidly growing team on a permanent basis. They are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join their team in a client-facing role. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by ensuring clear communication and meticulous attention to detail throughout the lifecycle of each project. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and interpret incoming client briefs, ensuring they are accurately prepared and communicated across relevant departments. * Oversee multiple projects simultaneously through the estimating, development, manufacturing, and dispatch phases. * Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed on project progress and key milestones. * Act as a central point of contact, coordinating effectively with internal teams to meet client expectations and deadlines. * Ensure all tasks are executed with a high level of accuracy and professionalism. * Coach and mentor Junior Account Managers. Candidate Requirements: * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally. * Proven ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. * Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using project management or CRM tools. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong reporting and documentation skills. * Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. * Previous Supervisory or Managerial responsibilities
