We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Showroom Sales Advisor to join our client in Harrogate. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a natural interest in interiors, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.
As a Showroom Sales Advisor, you will guide customers through their buying journey, offering product advice, design suggestions, and support from first enquiry to final purchase. You’ll communicate confidently across all channels - face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.
Work schedule: Part Time
Saturday 9:30am-5pm
Sunday 10:30am-4pm
£25-27k pro rata
The Role:
- Greeting customers and responding to all showroom, phone, and email enquiries
- Providing clear advice on products, suitability, sizing, and pricing
- Preparing quotations, processing payments, and arranging deliveries
- Offering design input and resolving customer queries
- Updating the CRM system with accurate, timely information
- Coordinating the dispatch of product samples
- Delivering excellent aftersales service
The Candidate:
- Experience in sales or customer service
- Knowledge of interiors or luxury goods (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, confident manner
- A proactive, enthusiastic approach and willingness to be hands-on
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
