My client, a well-established company in Hinckley, is looking for a hardworking, customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join their busy internal sales team. You will play a key role in the customer journey, ensuring a high level of service at all times. Monday-Friday, office based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer enquiries from a diverse customer base
- Provide accurate quotations and follow up promptly
- Offer basic technical assistance and product information
