We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Electronic Manufacturing Supervisor to join our clients team within a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in overseeing production activities to ensure quality, efficiency and on-time delivery of orders.

The role:

  • Lead and supervise production teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly output targets
  • Manage production schedules and workflow to meet customer deadlines
  • Ensure production orders are completed, documented, and dispatched correctly
  • Promote and maintain a strong quality culture across the team
  • Oversee final inspection processes and collaborate with the Quality team to address issues
  • Monitor team performance and prepare efficiency reports
  • Maintain production control boards and communicate order status to teams
  • Support training, skills development, and cross-training within the team
  • Conduct return-to-work interviews, probation reviews, and manage attendance
  • Participate in production meetings, capacity planning, and process improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and promote 5S and Lean practices

The candidate:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within an electronics or manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Solid understanding of production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and MRP/ERP systems
  • Relevant electronics qualification or equivalent practical experience
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
