Kirkland Associates are seeking an experienced Plot Sales Conveyancer for our client to manage a busy caseload of new-build plot transactions from instruction to completion. You will work closely with developer clients and site teams to ensure smooth, timely exchanges and completions.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high-volume caseload of new-build plot sales independently.
- Prepare and issue contract packs, title reviews and completion documentation.
- Liaise with developers, buyers' solicitors, lenders and sales teams.
- Ensure all files meet regulatory, AML and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate file notes and progress updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience in plot sales or residential conveyancing.
- Strong understanding of new-build processes and Land Registry requirements.
- Excellent communication, organisation and deadline management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
