Responsibilities:
- Managing and developing existing and new key customer and distributor relationships.
- Be a clear and regular point of communication between our customers and the Sales Manager.
- Regularly interact with the customer base to monitor and build on sales performance, gaining key insights into the market.
- Oversee the smooth passage of international orders, from the early stages of raising quotes through to delivery.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Interacting with customers via email, calls, and video calls.
- Related administration duties.
- Supporting the UK Customer Service Team with overflow calls.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in a busy B2B customer service related role.
- Proven experience in building strong relationships.
- Comprehensive computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team to achieve objectives, driving personal accountability.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business.
