We are looking for someone with technical/IT experience to join our client's team. You'll play a key role in maintaining accurate project information, coordinating tasks and resources, and supporting both the team and our clients with clear communication and reliable administration.
25 hours per week Mon-Fri
The Role:
- Maintain project data including timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and client records.
- Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, reports, and delivery artefacts.
- Keep project information and records up to date, including schedules, documents, and progress notes.
- Help coordinate tasks, resources, and timelines for the project team.
- Prepare and maintain reports, project files, and other documentation for the team and clients.
- Be a point of contact for project-related questions and information.
- Track project progress and ensure updates are shared with the team.
- Suggest and support ways to make project processes and documentation more efficient.
The Candidate:
- IT or technical administration experience.
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience with PSA platforms such as Halo is a plus, but any technical IT exposure is beneficial.
