My client are an established law firm with a large presence in the Midlands. They are seeking an experienced Fee Earner to join their Private Client department on a full-time permanent basis. This role will be based in their Kettering office.
The Fee Earner will provide high-quality legal services to private clients in matters relating to wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning, managing files independently while delivering an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a caseload of private client matters, including:
- Drafting wills and codicils
- Probate and estate administration
- Trust creation and administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Inheritance tax and estate planning matters
