Job Description
My client are seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.
Full-time, hybrid.
This is a varied and hands-on role involving the creation and distribution of engaging marketing materials, management of website SEO and online sales platforms, analysis of performance data, and maintenance of customer databases.
- Main Responsibilities
- Create and distribute targeted and engaging email campaigns and product flyers, including writing copy, creating imagery, designing layouts, and ensuring messaging aligns with brand tone and style.
- Collaborate with Commercial Managers to plan and deliver sales and marketing campaigns.
- Follow up with individuals who engage with marketing campaigns to identify potential sales leads for the Commercial Managers.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness and return on investment of digital marketing activities.
- Manage CRM systems, including maintaining contact databases and resolving hard bounce issues.
- Create and publish targeted social media content while engaging appropriately with audience interactions.
- Produce and publish relevant and engaging blog content.
- Coordinate the collection and development of marketing assets.
- Proactively manage and improve SEO performance across all company websites.
- Manage product listings across online marketplaces including e Bay, Amazon, Google Shopping, and other sales channels, monitoring performance and optimising listings where required.
- Analyse and report on website traffic, Google Analytics data, and marketplace performance statistics.
- Set up new customer prospects within the internal CRM system.
- Follow up on pro-forma invoices and overdue orders.
- Resolve customer delivery queries efficiently.
- Respond to and manage customer complaints in a professional manner.
