As a Digital Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by expanding existing client relationships and onboarding new customers, while consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of assigned accounts, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Consistently meet individual sales objectives and KPIs.
- Develop a deep understanding of assigned accounts through research and segmentation to support effective sales planning and execution.
- Maintain regular client engagement through meetings, calls, and other touchpoints.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities via telephone outreach, online engagement, face-to-face meetings, digital marketing, and networking activities.
- Accurately record all account activity within the CRM system and produce detailed client meeting reports, sales forecasts, and activity reports.
- Lead the creation and delivery of commercial proposals and solutions.
