Our leading client, based in Castle Donington, are looking for a Parts Administrator to join their team on a part time basis. Our client is looking for someone enthusiastic and proactive who can work on their own initiative. You must be happy speaking to customers over phone and email.
Permanent part time role. Monday to Friday, hours to suit you (20-30 hours a week). £13 per hour + annual profit related bonus (pro rata).
The Role:- Receiving orders and providing quotations
- Assisting customers with parts selection
- Picking and packing and preparation of goods
- Timely and accurate dispatch of goods
- Raising delivery notes and invoices
- Using the computerised stock system
- General stores duties and inventory management
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- A knowledge of stock systems and basic Excel skills
- Experience in Engineering products beneficial but not essential
- Good telephone manner
- Good practical skills
- Happy to work some overtime if needed
- Some lifting is involved
