My client are seeking an Administrator to join their friendly team on a full-time, term time only basis. In return, they can offer a generous benefits package including hybrid and flexible working.
The Role:
- Constant monitoring of the main email inbox, filtering out orders and queries.
- Processing customer orders through an inhouse system.
- Assess, analyse and cross check order details as they are processed.
- Support the Sales Team to maintain & improve our ordering process whilst having confidence to communicate with customers clearly via telephone and email.
- Extensive use of the scanner for sales and warehouse documents.
- Daily communication with the Customer Experience Manager to keep updated of orders that come in and any issues in processing.
