We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to take ownership of a small warehouse operation.

This is a new role focused on improving processes, implementing procedures, and increasing efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have experience turning around a small warehouse operation, bringing structure, improving stock accuracy, and introducing better ways of working.

The Role

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the warehouse, including goods in, storage, stock control, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Lead and develop a team of 3, adapting your approach to different personalities.
  • Review and improve current warehouse processes and procedures.
  • Implement new systems and ways of working to improve efficiency.
  • Complete stock checks and improve stock accuracy.
  • Improve organisation, workflow, and overall warehouse performance.
  • Manage health & safety responsibilities across the warehouse.
  • Work independently and take ownership of operational improvements.

The Candidate

  • Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager or similar role.
  • Proven experience improving or turning around a small warehouse operation.
  • Strong experience implementing warehouse procedures and processes.
  • Background in a distribution environment.
  • Confident leading a team and managing different personalities.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to make decisions with minimal guidance.
  • Strong knowledge of stock control, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
