Project Supervisor
UK - Field based - Ideally suited for commuting from Birmingham, Leicester, Peterborough, Northampton, Cambridge
£40,000–£50,000
We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day delivery of construction and installation projects. You will coordinate employees and subcontractors, manage site activities and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
Project Supervisor - Responsibilities
- Plan daily site activities against programmes, drawings and specifications.
- Brief and coordinate employees and subcontractors.
- Ensure labour, materials, plant, permits and site access are available.
- Monitor health and safety compliance, including RAMS and site inspections.
- Check installation quality and manage defects and snagging.
- Maintain accurate site diaries, photographs and progress records.
- Coordinate with clients, principal contractors and other trades.
- Record and escalate delays, variations and additional work.
- Support testing, handover and project completion.
Project Supervisor - Requirements
- Supervisory experience within construction, civils, electrical, infrastructure, renewables or a similar environment.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Good knowledge of RAMS, permits and safe systems of work.
- Experience managing employees and subcontractors.
- Strong organisation, communication and record-keeping skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Willingness to travel and stay away overnight when required.
