Our client is seeking a proactive and organised Business Development & Marketing Executive to join their Leicester office.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to support the company's business development and marketing activities, working closely with the wider business to improve client engagement, business growth, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and attend events and webinars, with flexibility to attend occasional out-of-hours events.
- Coordinate attendance at key external networking events, including awards ceremonies and industry events, where out-of-hours attendance may be required.
- Manage tender submissions for private and public sector panels.
- Prepare high-quality credentials, proposals, presentations, and other materials to support new business opportunities.
- Produce Power Point presentations, delegate packs, and corporate gifts for seminars, client events, and hospitality activities.
- Support in the development and delivery of client, team, and individual business development plans.
- Organise business development meetings, record actions, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate submissions to directories and industry rankings.
- Maintain the CRM system, ensuring client and contact information remains accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate photography for new starters and public relations opportunities.
- Promote content across the firm's social media channels.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify and support public relations opportunities.
- Assist with internal and external communications initiatives.
