We’re looking for a Senior Buyer to take ownership of the end-to-end purchasing function. This is a brand-new standalone role, with no direct reports, created to support business growth and improve existing procurement processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing suppliers, improving purchasing efficiency, and ensuring stock availability to meet customer demand. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships, and making improvements within a growing business.

The Role:
- Manage the full purchasing process from forecasting through to order placement.
- Build and maintain relationships with around 20 suppliers, mainly based in Ukraine, China and Poland.
- Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to forecast demand and maintain stock levels.
- Improve purchasing processes and efficiencies.
- Monitor supplier performance, lead times and stock availability.
- Review and improve purchasing data to support better decision making.
The Candidate:
- Previous buying/procurement experience, ideally managing the full purchasing cycle.
- Strong communication and supplier management skills.
- Confident working independently and taking ownership of a function.
- Organised, commercially aware and able to improve processes.
