Financial Controller
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious finance professional to join a rapidly growing organisation based in Long Eaton.
This is a key Financial Controller role, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the finance function, improve processes, and play a key part in the future growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

About You
This role would suit an experienced Financial Controller or someone stepping up into a broader finance leadership position. You will ideally have:
- Experience operating at FC level or above.
- Strong technical finance knowledge and reporting experience.
- Experience working across multiple entities or complex environments.
- A track record of improving processes and creating efficiencies.
- The confidence to influence senior stakeholders and manage upwards.
- A proactive, commercial, and solutions-focused approach.
Professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) are desirable, although relevant experience will be highly valued.
