We’re recruiting for a Territory Sales Manager to cover the Northern region for a well-established ophthalmic medical device company. This is a high-autonomy role within a flat, non-corporate structure with no micromanagement, just trust and ownership.
You will be responsible for selling surgical ophthalmic products into hospitals and clinics across Manchester, Leeds, and Liverpool, building strong relationships with surgeons, theatre teams, and procurement. The territory is yours to grow and manage like your own business.
