The ideal candidate will:
- Have secretarial/administrative experience and strong organisational skills.
- Be competent with ICT skills including use of word (including mail merge), excel and PowerPoint.
- Be friendly and approachable.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- To organise cover for absent staff, create a daily cover rota and organise efficient and effective cover of lessons by supply staff and teachers.
- Provide cover for a broad range of duties associated within the administration function in school.
- Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact, both face to face and via the phone for internal and external stakeholders.
