Overview:
We're looking for a specialist Industrial/Logistics Commercial Agent to join our team. You'll be:
- A specialist Industrial/Logistics Commercial Agent, working within the Milton Keynes, Luton or St Albans offices of Kirkby Diamond.
- Promoting the business of Kirkby Diamond Chartered Surveyors to a wide spectrum of the public, whilst undertaking your agency work.
- Actively marketing and publicising properties that Kirkby Diamond is instructed to market.
- Promoting cross selling opportunities with other departments in Kirkby Diamond.
What are we looking for?
- Ideally RICS qualified, but not essential.
- Experience in commercial property agency transactions.
- Ideally property related University degree.
