We are looking for a skilled and motivated Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing team. This is a mobile role, covering a range of commercial client sites across the UK.

You will be required to do both PPM's and reactive repairs, while ensuring a safe, efficient, and reliable operation of air conditioning systems for a wide range of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a variety of air conditioning systems, including split units, VRV/VRF systems, and chillers.
  • Diagnose faults and perform efficient repairs in response to emergency breakdowns.
  • Ensure all work complies with current industry regulations, health and safety standards, and internal company procedures.
  • Accurately complete and maintain digital service reports and maintenance records.
  • Communicate clearly with clients on-site and collaborate with internal teams for effective scheduling and technical support.
  • Uphold the company’s reputation by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a professional presence at all times.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
  • Valid F-Gas (Category 1) certification.
  • Proven experience in commercial HVAC servicing and maintenance.
  • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence.
  • Willing to travel.
