Driver Support Services are seeking a dedicated Class 1 Tipper Driver to join our transportation team. This role involves operating heavy-duty tipper truck to transport and deliver waste efficiently and safely across various locations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and experience handling commercial vehicles. Responsibilities
- Operate Class 1 Tipper trucks in accordance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Transport waste from and to customers
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness and report any defects promptly.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods while adhering to schedules and route plans.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials when necessary, following safety procedures.
- Comply with all traffic laws, weight restrictions, and environmental regulations during operations.
