About us: Kiri and Belle began in 2019, creating beautiful pearl jewellery that quickly captured people’s hearts. Since then, we've grown into a small, passionate team of five, all working together from our cosy studio at Botley Mills. As a company, we aim to create jewellery that women truly love to wear. Our brand is feminine and timeless, with a natural aesthetic that makes us a favourite among brides and lovers of classic style alike.

The Role: Kiri and Belle are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with a proven track record of growing revenue for e-commerce businesses through social media channels. You’ll create and lead our social media strategy, create compelling content, and execute campaigns that not only engage our audience but directly contribute to sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy focused on increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and e-commerce revenue.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, tailored to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Plan and manage paid social media ad campaigns, optimising for ROI and sales targets.
  • Analyse performance metrics (e.g., click-through rates, conversion rates, revenue attribution) and adjust strategies to maximize e-commerce sales.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align social media efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Build and nurture an online community, responding to comments and messages to enhance customer loyalty and trust.
  • Provide regular reports showcasing revenue growth and key performance indicators tied to social media efforts.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager, with a demonstrated history of driving measurable revenue growth in an e-commerce setting.
  • Expertise in social media platforms, advertising tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager), and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify analytics).
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels and how social media fits into the customer journey—from awareness to purchase.
  • Creative flair for crafting engaging content that sells, paired with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering campaigns within financial targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A portfolio or case studies showing how your social media work has directly boosted e-commerce revenue (e.g., increased sales, higher conversion rates, or successful ad campaigns).
  • Someone who’s passionate about turning followers into customers and can think both strategically and creatively.

How to Apply:

If you’d like to apply for this role, please send a copy of your CV, Covering Letter, and desired salary. We’d also love to see any examples of your work, including links to social channels you’ve been responsible for.
