Kirbys Solicitors is a dynamic and progressive legal business with an enviable reputation for private client work based in the beautiful spa town of Harrogate. We are looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our team, with an outstanding reputation for delivering excellent client care.
The Role: Working as part of the Private Client team, you will handle a variety of private client matters from inception to conclusion, including but not limited to:
- Wills
- Trusts
- Probate and estate administration
- Tax planning and advice
- Preparing and registering Powers of attorney
About you: You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in providing outstanding private client advice. You will be able to handle complex and sensitive private client matters. You will be committed to delivering exceptional levels of service to clients. You will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional. You will be used to working to agreed key performance indicators and agreed levels of time recording and monthly billing.

Qualifications / Experience: Qualified Solicitor/CILEx (or other) with at least 5 years PQE or proven track record of extensive and relevant experience. STEP (Membership).
General: Resides within a 20-mile radius of Harrogate. Full UK/EU driving licence and own transport.
