Junior Private Client Solicitor

We are looking for a Junior Private Client Solicitor to join our team, with an outstanding reputation for delivering excellent client care.

About the Role:

Working as part of the Private Client team, you will handle private client matters from inception to conclusion, including but not limited to:

• Wills
• Trusts
• Powers of attorney

Exposure to:

• Probate and estate administration
• Tax planning and advice
• Preparing and registering Powers of attorney
• Wills

About You:

• You will have a Law Degree with 1-2 years PQE with the relevant experience.
• You will be able to handle sensitive private client matters.
• You will be committed to delivering exceptional levels of service to clients.
• You will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional.
• You will be used to working to agreed key performance indicators and agreed levels of time recording and monthly billing.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• Law Degree, 1-2 years PQE with the relevant experience.

• STEP (Membership)

GENERAL

• Resides within 30-mile radius of Harrogate.
• Full UK/EU driving licence and own transport.
