We’re a growing SME construction company delivering projects across the healthcare, education, and commercial sectors.

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role covering the full commercial lifecycle, from pricing and winning work through to managing costs, variations, and final accounts on live projects. Our work is delivered across the UK, so travel to sites will be required.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing estimates, take-offs, and tenders
  • Managing project costs, budgets, and commercial performance
  • Handling variations, valuations, and final accounts
  • Working with subcontractors and suppliers on pricing and procurement
  • Supporting projects from tender stage through to completion
  • Attending site visits and client meetings

Qualifications

  • Experience as an Estimator

Required Skills

  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of JCT contracts
  • Experience in healthcare, education and commercial
  • Confident managing multiple projects
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Full UK driving licence
