Role Purpose
To support the Project Management team by managing project documentation and information, ensuring compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and ISO 19650 information management standards.
The role will also provide general project administration and procurement support to ensure efficient project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all project documentation (ACC, BIM 360, Asite, Aconex or similar).
- Ensure document control processes are followed, including document numbering, revision control, distribution, and archiving.
- Support project compliance with the Kirby Way and client document management requirements.
- Maintain project registers including drawings, technical submissions, RFIs, transmittals, and quality records.
- Monitor document workflows and chase outstanding approvals and responses.
- Support procurement activities for site consumables and miscellaneous project requirements.
- Assist with project administration, reporting, and record keeping.
- Support the compilation of handover documentation and O&M manuals.
- Act as the central point of contact for project information and document management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Document Control or Project Administration role.
- Experience working with Common Data Environments (CDEs).
- Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Autodesk Build, BIM 360, Asite, Aconex, Procore or similar systems.
- Understanding of document control procedures and ISO 19650 principles.
- Strong organisational and administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
- Previous experience within construction, engineering, MEP, pharmaceutical, or data centre projects.
- Knowledge of BIM processes and digital project delivery.
- Experience supporting projects from construction through to commissioning and handover.
