Role Overview
- Site management experience working on New Build projects with essential Carpentry experience.
- Ability to understand detailed site drawings and relay this information to the carpentry team.
- Supervision/Management of the workforce on site to achieve the highest level of productivity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, planning and co‑ordination of direct labour, and ensuring the programme is on time and on budget.
- Updating the programme works, preparing performance and status reports.
- Develop a close working relationship with all site personnel to foster a good team spirit.
- The Company enforces rigorous quality control, quality assurance, health and safety, welfare, and environmental procedures on all projects; you must familiarise yourself with these systems and be available to attend training and induction courses as required.
