Kippie Lodge Sports & Leisure Club is seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Team Lead to support the daily operation of our busy hospitality department. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the Food & Beverage team during shifts.
- Lead, coach and motivate team members to maintain excellent service standards.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the café, restaurant and bar.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance and presentation standards.
- Manage stock control and ordering requirements.
- Oversee bar operations, including cellar management and beer line maintenance.
- Assist with staff training and onboarding.
- Support Club events and functions.
- Handle member enquiries and feedback professionally.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, licensing, health & safety and Club procedures.
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience within hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, cellar management and wine service.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
