What You'll Do
- Supplier invoice processing using Sage 200
- Assist with the Electrical Vehicle salary sacrifice scheme, invoices, and relationship management
- Assist with Purchase Order processing
- Assist with bank and corporate credit card reconciliations (likely in year 2)
- Assist with preparation of accruals (likely in Year 2)
- Perform other day‑to‑day admin tasks as part of the Admin team at KIOXIA Technology UK Ltd (KIU)
Training Outcome
You will receive support aligned with your AAT studies from two existing Finance team members. Training will cover Microsoft Office 365, Sage 200 accounting software, Sage Payroll, and SharePoint. Additional learning resources are available via LinkedIn Learning, and mandatory corporate training is provided. You will gain exposure to multiple parts of the business, supporting broader learning beyond AAT and future career progression based on performance.
