We're working with one of the UK's leading specialist businesses operating across the water, environmental and infrastructure sectors, delivering pump rental, pump manufacturing and water treatment solutions to some of the country's largest utility providers.
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a major water framework that represents one of the business's largest growth opportunities.
You'll become the strategic lead for a high-profile customer relationship, building trusted relationships, understanding operational challenges and working alongside commercial, technical and operational teams to deliver practical solutions that create long-term value for both the customer and the business.
The role requires someone who understands the UK water industry, speaks the language of water companies and contractors, and can identify opportunities, solve customer problems and develop long-term strategic relationships that support sustainable commercial growth.

- What You Will Be Doing
- Take ownership of a major strategic water framework, ensuring exceptional customer service and sustainable commercial growth.
- Build and strengthen relationships with water companies, Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 contractors, and key framework stakeholders.
- Develop a thorough understanding of customer operations, identifying challenges and creating solution-led opportunities alongside specialist technical teams.
- Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities for additional products, services and specialist solutions.
- Develop and maintain a project pipeline, keeping internal stakeholders informed of future opportunities.
- Work closely with Regional Account Managers, Solutions teams and Branch Managers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support the mobilisation of new framework projects and coordinate operational activities where required.
- Monitor framework performance, KPIs and customer satisfaction, proactively managing escalations where necessary.
- Represent the business at customer meetings, framework reviews and industry events.
- Promote framework best practice across the wider business, ensuring internal teams remain aligned with customer requirements.
- What Success Looks Like
- Previous experience in Framework Management, Strategic Account Management or Senior Account Management.
- Strong background within the UK water industry, with a good understanding of how water companies and framework agreements operate.
- Knowledge of AMP investment programmes and the commercial environment within the water sector.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and become a valued partner to customers.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities for business growth through existing accounts.
- Confidence communicating with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- Experience bringing together operational, technical and commercial teams to deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Strong planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
