A unique opportunity has arisen for a Framework Manager to oversee and strengthen a strategic relationship with a key framework provider in the North West of England. This role is pivotal to ensuring the delivery of high-quality service, driving growth, and build long lasting relationships within the framework. The position demands strong leadership, excellent business management skills, and a deep understanding of the private utility sector, particularly in relation to the framework provider’s operational needs and strategic objectives. Main Duties & Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with framework clients and key departments, including Procurement, Health & Safety, Sustainability, and Environmental. Identify and cultivate relationships with Tier 1, 2, and 3 contractors involved in Asset Management Plan (AMP) delivery. Develop and maintain a project pipeline, sharing updates with internal stakeholders. Plan and conduct customer visits efficiently, maintaining accurate records and seeking sustainable business opportunities. Establish and review KPIs and SLAs, ensuring compliance with framework agreements and managing financial aspects such as rebates and payment terms.
