Kioni Talent is working with a market leading intelligence provider to hire an Account Manager into their London team. This role is focused on managing and growing an existing portfolio of clients. It would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding how a product delivers value, and working closely with clients to help them get the most from it.
You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. There is strong support from both the team and the wider business to help you develop a deep understanding of the product suite and how it’s used across different clients.
The role
- You’ll take ownership of a book of business, working closely with your clients to understand their needs, how they’re using the platform, and where there is opportunity to add further value.
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders and becoming their main point of contact.
- Running regular account reviews to understand performance, usage and future needs.
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts through upsell and cross-sell.
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver the right solutions for each client.
- Proactively managing risk to ensure high levels of retention.
This is a role where commercial thinking and client experience go hand in hand. The best Account Managers here are able to build trust, understand the bigger picture, and spot opportunities that genuinely benefit the client.
