Kioni Talent is working with a growing data and intelligence provider to hire a Customer Success Manager into their London team. This role is focused on supporting customers and helping them get the most value from the product. It would suit someone who enjoys working closely with clients, building relationships, and delivering a strong customer experience.

You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. There is strong support from both the team and the wider business to help you develop product knowledge and confidence working with customers.

The role

  • Supporting new customer onboarding and product adoption
  • Running training sessions and product demonstrations
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Acting as a point of contact for customer queries and support
  • Working with internal teams to improve the overall customer journey
