Kioni Talent is working with a growing data and intelligence provider to hire a Business Development Representative into their London team. This role is focused on generating new business opportunities and building pipeline. It would suit someone who enjoys the challenge of outbound sales, is motivated by targets, and wants to develop their career in a commercial environment.

You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. There is strong support from both the team and the wider business to help you learn the product, the market, and how to succeed in the role.

The role

You’ll play a key part in driving growth by identifying and engaging new prospects, building relationships, and creating opportunities for the wider sales team. That will include:

  • Reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Building a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Researching target accounts and understanding their needs
  • Booking meetings for the senior sales team
  • Working closely with internal teams to refine messaging and approach
