We are looking for a skilled Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will:

  • Present a professional company customer facing image and increase customer service levels, increasing revenue and margins through building effective customer and colleague relationships.
  • Manage and control the despatch of engineers to Breakdown/TOA jobs as required keeping the customer informed at all stages, providing proactive communication to customers regarding TOA’s, breakdowns and planned services.
  • Proactively control service planning, maintaining accurate planning master data.
  • Arrange and plan work arising from Thorough Examinations and Service.
  • Deal with any invoice queries in a timely manner, in conjunction with the regional Service Manager.
  • Arrange third party jobs as required through approved suppliers.
  • Ensure time sheet data is accurate and up to date.
  • Closely monitor all WIP within the service environment, correcting any tasks and errors that prevent the timely completion of jobs.

Tasks and Qualifications: We’re interested in candidates with experience in:

  • Customer Service background.
  • MS Office experience (Excel/Word).
  • Strong Time Management.
  • Strong Attention to Detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels, internally and externally, via Phone, email or face to face.
  • Engineer planning background (preferred).
  • SAP knowledge (preferred).
