The HR Business Lead plays a pivotal role in delivering the people strategy, aligned to business priorities across functional areas and Regional Business Units. This position is responsible for translating strategic objectives into effective, day-to-day HR delivery. You will act as a trusted partner to the business, shaping the people agenda, championing employee engagement, and driving a high-performance culture across your region.

Tasks and Qualifications:
We are seeking a strong HR generalist with a proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence at all levels:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Experience within a sales, service, or engineering environment
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law, including trade unions
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills
- Strategic mindset with strong delivery focus and critical thinking ability
- Confidence to manage upwards and challenge constructively
- Continuous improvement mindset and experience enhancing processes
- Strong systems knowledge (Workday, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Ability to manage workload independently and make sound decisions
- Commercial awareness and ability to see the wider business context
- Strong team player with ambition and drive to succeed
- Willingness to travel across the region
