As our Execution Controlling Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting operational leaders with forecasting, resource planning and commercial insight. You'll partner closely with stakeholders across the business to understand future demand, optimise resource utilisation and provide the financial analysis that enables informed decision making.

Tasks and Qualifications:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Partner with operational leaders to develop and manage monthly workload and forecast planning, ensuring resource demand and utilisation are accurately reflected.
- Provide meaningful financial insight by analysing business performance, identifying trends, and highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Support budget, forecast and cost centre management, helping stakeholders understand financial performance and key variances.
- Lead workload and headcount analysis, ensuring operational teams have the information they need to make effective resource decisions.
- Deliver monthly performance reporting, scorecards and management presentations for senior leadership reviews.
- Coordinate the annual operating plan and budgeting process.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across reporting, forecasting and finance processes.
- Explore opportunities to leverage technology and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, automation and decision making within the finance function.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of two finance professionals, helping them build technical capability and progress their careers.
